Did a little playing with the laser today. Took one of my wedding photos and engraved it onto a piece of wood. It’s so awesome what this can do and the possibilities it creates. Stay tuned for more and exciting stuff. Original photo included for comparison

2024 starts with a new addition to the arsenal of tools in the shop. There is now a laser engraver as well as the cnc router in the shop. Not too much I won’t be capable of doing now. Next big tool I think needs to be a 3D printer 🤔

Shifting gears once again as the warmer weather approaches. Did a little programming on the cnc to make sure we can make all the components of products the same. This will insure that products can be replicated exactly. All that being said I introduce 2 new products being produced. First is a set of mini corn hole boards. These boards are half the size of a regulation set, but made with the same quality 3/4” birch plywood as the full size boards. Second is a corn hole airmail box. This box has the same pitch as a standard board however is only 14” square. We have a few other corn hole related items in the works as well. Score towers and airmail pipes are planned as well. So if your in the market for any corn hole games or items please reach out.

Changed gear a little from my normal. Made a sign to hang in my sunroom. This was cut on the cnc and the raised sections were painted. After that did some epoxy work and filled in all the carved areas with colored epoxy. Also started working on a chess/checkers board that still needs some finishing work but here is a sneak peak. Well less then a week until Christmas! Are you done shopping? Need a last minute gift? Something a little different and hand made? Don’t worry I got you covered. all of these items are available and if you are local to me can have before the holiday. First picture with the 2 chevron pattern boards are $50 per board. Second picture with the 3 straight patterned boards are $65 per board. The third picture is of 3 charcuterie boards, all cut out of live edge slabs. Each of those are $55. And last but not least we have the magic wine/liquor bottle holders. These are $10 a piece and do not include the booze (sorry). Finished up this piece and delivered today. Concealment box with rfid lock, 3D carved American flag front. Box was made of poplar and maple plywood for the back.
