The Dutchess Biercafe Belgian Inspired/German Influenced comfort food. Currently, we take limited reservations for parties of 5-10. The Dutchess is a Belgian inspired bar/restaurant.

Call-Ahead seating for smaller parties is offered though: Phone us on the day you’d like to dine here and we will add your name to the waiting list. Our cozy spot on Main St in the Village of Fishkill, NY offers you a unique dining and drinking experience. Grab a seat at the bar or table, or hang out at one of the side-bars. We specialize in Belgian and Belgian-style ales. Our bottle list focuses

on rare and small batch varieties. The food, also Belgian inspired, takes a new "comfort" twist on the expected. Belgian waffles, Moules Frites (Mussels & fries) Appetizers & Bar Snacks. Come in for drinks, snacks or a full meal!

Last night was everything we hoped for and more.

A room full of great people, unforgettable pours, incredible stories, and the kind of energy that reminds us why we do this in the first place. Huge thanks to fellow Knight of the Brewers’ Mash Staff (Chevalerie du Fourquet des Brasseurs), Stijn Destatsbader from St. Feuillien, for bringing some Belgian magic to the evening.

From the first toast to the final pour, it was one of those nights you wish could last a little longer. Thank you to everyone who came out, raised a glass, and made the night so special.
