Dear Fasting Gumbas,
On Tuesday March 12th, we will present our, “Lenten Feasting Dinner”,. This month’s dinner we will be presenting farm fresh lamb from Rice’s Landing, Chef Giovanni, Chef Michele B, Chef Nicola, Chef Pietro, supervised by Chef Tomasso, promise to create another delicious dinner to give thanks for being Italian in this great country where dinner roams the land! Chef Donato is relaxing in the sun in Florida. This month we give homage to our local farmers who supply us with fresh meats and vegetables.
All attendees will be given a takeout box that they can fill with mouth watering pizza to take home to share with family. If you haven’t had FIGS Pizza, you will be in for a big surprise, it is the best that you will have ever eaten. The dough recipe was handed down from Italy and it is the same recipe that we use for our bread.
You are always encouraged to bring a guest or a street person and enjoy our authentic Italian dinner!
