We’re excited to welcome The Honeycombs to 1772 Rooftop on Main!

The Honeycombs, previously known as the Amelia Leonard House Band, is an indie folk band based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Amelia Leonard, the heart of the band, is the lead singer and guitarist whose original music formed the foundation of the band. Joining her are Alyssa DeGroff, bringing high harmonies and harmonica, and Seth Spickard, providing baritone harmonies and bass guitar.

Through a combination of original and covered music, The Honeycombs focus on tight vocal harmonies and light instrumentation to create a flowy, pastoral sound reminiscent of Lake Street Dive, The Paper Kites, and Peter, Paul and Mary.

The band is excited to perform for the first time in Virginia—and right here in Seth’s hometown of Fincastle!
