❤️ Cheers to Char & One Heck of an Era ❤️
Some people work at a bar. Some people become part of its story.
For Char, the Silver Spur has been part of her life for just about as long as she can remember. She grew up coming through these doors with her parents, and years later, found herself on the other side of the bar, pouring drinks, sharing laughs, making friends and becoming such a huge part of the place so many of us call home.
And now, after all those years, Char is officially retiring from behind the bar. 🥹🍻
It’s hard to put into words what Char means to the Silver Spur. She’s been here through countless nights, celebrations, stories, regulars who became friends, friends who became family, and probably more drinks than any of us could ever count. 😂
The Spur just wouldn’t be the Spur without Char and all the years, love, laughter and memories she has poured into this place.
While we are so sad to see this chapter come to an end, we couldn’t be happier for her as she starts the next one. Char, thank you for every shift, every laugh, every story, every friendship and every memory you’ve given this
place and the people in it.
You may be retiring from behind the bar, but you will always be part of the Silver Spur family. ❤️
Here’s to you, Char. To an incredible run, a well-earned retirement and finally getting to sit on the OTHER side of the bar. 🥂🍺
