Thank you to everyone who packed the RTC, raised a beer, sang along, and showed up to celebrate Chris coming home. The energy was something special, and it meant a lot to see this community rally around one of our own.

Chris, we’re proud of you. Watching this town show up for you the way they did says a lot about the kind of person you are and the impact you’ve made here over the years. We’re grateful you’ve been part of Outstate’s story, and we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you.

Saturday is a big day for Fergus Falls.

Chris Tungseth is coming home from American Idol, and the whole town is ready to celebrate.

The parade through downtown starts at 2 PM, followed by Chris’s hometown concert at 6 PM with American Mojo opening the night with their Tom Petty favorites.

To make sure our staff can join in on the celebration, the coffee shop will be closing at 12 PM on Saturday.

Then after the concert, keep the night going at Outstate with Anthony Miltich playing the after party in the taproom.

It’s going to be one of those days Fergus Falls will remember for a long time.
