I’m excited to announce that I am now taking clients as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor! If you would like to learn more about yourself and how Ayurveda can work for you, Please go follow my counseling practice Ascend Ayurveda of Arkansas and send me a message to become a client.

Initial consultations are $100 which includes a full Ayurvedic Assessment Visit, including tongue and pulse reading as well as A Report of Findings Visit where I tell you exactly what percentage of each Dosha you are and two recommendation for Diet and Lifestyle. All Follow up visits are $80 and include real time support as we journey through each diet and lifestyle change you make to become more balanced and in harmony with your true nature. Happy Healing!
