Every time we host one of these, I’m reminded that this was never just about Pilates. It’s about women getting out the house, meeting new people, building friendships, and making themselves a priority for a few hours.

Life gets busy. We’re mothers, wives, girlfriends, business owners, employees, students, and caregivers. Sometimes we pour so much into everyone else that we forget about ourselves.

Today was a reminder to take care of YOU.
