💙HOPS FOR HOPE 💙

Tomorrow night we’re opening our doors for something that means a whole lot more than just a night at the brewery.

We’re proud to help host Hops for Hope, a special fundraising event for our friend Nicole as she works toward her fundraising requirement for the 2026 Chicago Marathon with Team Still I Run, supporting mental health awareness and su***de prevention.

Nicole’s journey is deeply personal. After years of struggling with her own mental health, she’s now using her experiences to help remind others that their story is not over. This will be Nicole’s fourth fundraising marathon dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and su***de prevention, and we’re honored to help her along the way.

25 Years Remembered

We remember the lives taken too soon, the families forever changed, and the countless acts of courage and selflessness.

Today, we honor the heroes who ran toward danger, those who gave everything, and the strength of the people who stood together in the days that followed.

For those taking part in the Fayetteville 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Segra Stadium, North South Brewery is proud to offer free parking for participants, supporters, and spectators.

The opening ceremony begins at 6:30pm, with the climb starting at 7:00pm. Whether you’re making the climb or standing alongside those who are, we invite you to join the community in remembering and honoring the heroes whose lives and courage continue to inspire us.

🚨 Seasonal Bread Pudding Flavor 🚨

The weather may not feel like fall but we can eat like it is fall. Come get a piece North South Brewing on Saturday 9/12 from 1-5:00pm

🍎Apple Salted Caramel Bread Pudding

Salted caramel and apple butter are folded into the bread pudding mixture and a layer of apple pie filling is added to the center. Topped with homemade chai whipped cream.
