The tasting room open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 3:00pm until the last person leaves which is usually around 9:00 or 10:00. A brewer is on hand to take folks on a tour as well. We don't serve food, but you are welcome to bring in your own food to enjoy. We look forward to having you at our brewery!

If you'd like a break during the Farmville Dogwood Festival this weekend, stop by The Duck-Rabbit taproom for a beer. We're open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3 - 8. On Friday we'll have live music perfromed by Marty Benson and by our own Gray Williams!

This is also the occasion for me to let everyone who has enjoyed a Duck-Rabbit beer know how privileged and grateful I feel for the 20+ years Duck-Rabbit has been a part of this community. It's hard for me to let you know that this will be Duck-Rabbit's last weekend. I know that this is the right decision, but I still can't help but know that I'll miss you and everything Duck-Rabbit. Thanks for your support and your friendship and for letting me do my thing here for so long!

Being our last weekend, we'll have some very good discounts on merch and beer to take home. See you at the bar!

So dig this big crux: once (and only once) upon a time, back in 2010, Duck-Rabbit put some Baltic Porter into 23 year-old Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrels along with some Montmorency sour cherries. We allowed nature to take its course (spontaneous souring) and offered the deliciously sour result as "The End Of Reason." This hasn't seen a draught faucet in many years, but this weekend it's on tap in The Duck-Rabbit taproom. If you like sour beers, you want some of this!
