We just got Fairfields Rum of the Americas in house, which is the creation of a fine CT gentleman. We experimented with our watermelon syrup and created a delicious watermelon daiquiri which was quickly consumed after the photos were taken. Summer gives us some time to create new cocktail recipes. Both delicious and smooth, you can ask for it in your next libation request! Also, if you’re in the Fairfield area, check out Ryebird Fairfield we had nice conversation with the owner who made this rum and had a very tasty lunch! Cheers 🥂
