Important Update: PTA Reflections Program

We deeply appreciate the years of effort and talent from Fargo North's principal, staff, teachers, parents, andFargo North PTSAents in participating in the PTA Reflections program. As Fargo North PTSA completes its transition to FarNorth Dakota PTA will no longer be running the PTA Reflections program.

North Dakota PTA allows all North Dakota students to participate with chances to advance to national rounds. To continue your participation without a school PTA, parents/guardians can choose to join PTA at the state level, allowing all students from the same household to participate and compete.

🍝 Calling all North High families! 🍰

Our amazing staff will be working a 12-13 hour day next Monday for Eighth Grade Electives Night, and the Fargo North PTSA/PTO wants to show them some love!

We're providing an Olive Garden dinner, but we'd love to sweeten it up with some desserts!

🏫 Fargo North PTSA September Meeting Recap!

Great turnout with Becky, Kerri, Travis, Linn, Kelly, Kristin (not in picture), Shanshan, and Melissa in attendance!

✨ Highlights:
📱 Personal electronics ban is going well - students are talking more!
🎓 Senior mock interviews this Wednesday with 50+ volunteers
🏈 Homecoming week Sept 22-26 - coronation, dress-up days, cookout & game!
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent-teacher conferences Oct 6th & 22nd
🍕 Planning another Papa Murphy's fundraiser around conferences
🏈 Concessions volunteers needed Oct 10th at 7pm

Big thanks to our volunteers keeping the teacher's lounge stocked!

Fargo North High School will be hosting Senior Mock Interviews on Wednesday, September 17. We're seeking volunteers to help with this event.

If you and/or others from your business/organization are interested in volunteering, please complete this form (https://forms.gle/dw6Krnsqp7NRgqxNA). The schedule is broken down into 6 periods/class times. Feel free to sign up for any number of periods that fits your schedule. We're seeking 23 volunteers for Period 1, 29 volunteers for Period 2, 25 volunteers for Period 3, 13 volunteers for Period 5, 15 volunteers for Period 6, and 11 volunteers for Period 7. For each period, you would have 4 students to interview. The questions and evaluation forms will be provided for you.

If you are willing to volunteer for this event, please complete the form by Wednesday, September 3.

At our final Fargo North PTSA meeting of the 2024–2025 school year, Becky, Kerri, Travis, Linn, Melissa, Cameron, Steven, and Shanshan gathered to discuss year-end updates and next steps. Travis shared school updates including staffing changes and construction plans. Melissa reported on finances, and Kelly Tebben was named our incoming treasurer. Committee updates covered reflections, fundraising, teacher appreciation, and plans for Student Appreciation Day on June 4. We elected new officers for next year: Becky (President), Linn (VP), Kerri (Secretary), and Kelly (Treasurer). The next meeting will be held at 10AM on July 21st at Michell’s Table. Come join us!
