Hey everyone, Lindsey here!

Today marks exactly 10 years since we opened the doors of Front Street Taproom, so I figured I’d share a little message.

Scrolling back through so many years of photos brought back a lot of memories and stirred up some emotion. What a wild ride it has been! When we dreamt up the idea of a locally-focused taproom, we never could have foreseen the waves we’d be riding. From changes in our personal lives, navigating a global pandemic, to the many projects and updates required to maintain an old building - small business ownership is not for the faint of heart! At the same time, we couldn’t have imagined the amazing friendships we’d gain and the incredible community that would grow out of this concept.

As I’m writing this, I realize it might sound like a goodbye message – I assure you it is not. Both Aaron and myself have held onto our shares of ownership in the business and continue to be hands-on in different ways. You may not see us hanging out in the taproom as often these days, but we’re both still plugged in and hope to keep this crazy train chugging along for many years to come.

I want to express my immense gratitude to our staff, local comedians, and local musicians. I’m able to relax more easily because I’m confident that the place is full of people who care and strive to build the same thing – a welcoming place for community that is full of laughter and creativity. To our customers – thank you for buying a comedy show ticket, reading a book on our patio, hosting a birthday party here, or bellying up for happy hour. Whether you visit frequently or just once in a while, I hope you know that every single visit means the world to a small business and helps keep many dreams alive.

We plan on throwing a big party to celebrate sometime this spring, so keep an eye out for details on that!
