What an awesome night here at Prairie Brothers!! We had so many friends and family come out to show us love. Fargo Brewing showed up for a few pints as well as Bob and Susan from Prairie Rose Meadery. Thanks to the Prairie Homebrewing Companions for trying to drink all the Monkey’s Dunkle. Huge thanks to all my former students for coming out and having a beer with us. After teaching for a dozen years, it was good to catch up with all different generations. We will continue to be open throughout the weekend, STORM BE DAMNED!!! See you this weekend.

As many of you know, this will be the last weekend that Prairie Brothers will be open for people to come in and say goodbye. We will open our doors at 4pm and continue with our regular hours through Sunday. If you want to grab a few friends and a few last pints, we would love you see you. We will have glassware for sale and our remaining swag. We are out of growlers and stickers but still have plenty of beer.

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank all of our patrons. This industry has meant the world to us and me personally. I have met more new friends than a guy could ever imagine and made some awesome connections. we want to thank Half Brothers Brewing Company for stopping in last weekend and helping us out with random questions and teaching us how to brew our fantastic sour beers. Drumconrath Brewing Company has always been a close friend and brewery twin. please go out and support Sam at his new location in Downtown Fargo. Flatland Brewery is a great spot and the only brewery in West Fargo and they would love to see you all in the new year.
We have so many people to thank for making us part of your family that we can't name them all in this post. We will have more posts going out throughout the weekend.

It is with a heavy heart that we have to write this. Prairie Brothers Brewing will be closing at the end of December. We will continue with out regular hours over the next few weeks and our last open day will be December 29th. We want to thank all of our loyal customers that have supported us over the years. We would love to see you stop in for one last pint.

Beer Makes Everyone Family

This crazy idea started back in 2015 after years of making beer in the garage and dreaming of doing something with it. After discussions with my wife Jennifer, we decided to throw our hat in the kettle and start Prairie Brothers Brewing Co. As the name implies, family and togetherness is what we center ourselves around. Our “Prairie Brothers” name comes from the family you get to choose as your closest friends. Those people who are your family without being related. We extended our family when we opened our doors in April of 2017 and began making great beer for all our Prairie Families. We use locally sourced grain for a majority of our malt bill to keep the term local at the front of our business. At our core we are local, unpretentious, and fiercely loyal to the Fargo/Moorhead region. Become part of the family and stop into the only brewery in South Fargo. Cheers
