And here it is . . . My final day as owner and operator of Bottle and Brie.

What a dream this has been.

I am so very thankful to each and every person who has ever graced our doorstep. All the smiles, hugs, laughter, and tears shared within these 4 walls will never leave my memories.

Fallon, you have welcomed me with open arms and given flight to this little dream of mine.

I can never repay the kindness this town has shown me.

It is a sad and also a happy day to be leaving this piece of me behind, but I am so excited to announce that Bottle and Brie will be living on beyond the confines of my own hands.

Bottle and Brie has sold to an amazing group of people who promise to keep the same welcoming atmosphere, service, and elevated offerings. There will be some changes along the way, but I am confident in their spirit and determination to pay homage to what I started here at Bottle and Brie.

I couldn't be happier to pass the torch to these new and wonderful people.

Bottle and Brie family,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce Bottle and Brie will be closing its doors at the end of September.

Three years ago, I embarked down a new path. A completely uncharted territory in my world. I was on a mission to share my love of wine and food with the world, or at least with this little community. At the time I began this journey, I didn’t know what the outcome would be, what the finished product would look like, the people I would meet along the way, or the people I would lose along the way. I also had no idea just how much of myself I would find along the path.

Bottle and Brie has always been a place for people to gather. To slow down. To learn. To enjoy. This business was a culmination of my passion for sharing the love of this world with others through food and connecting them to their collective roots through wine and cheese. I truly feel it has done just that.

My life has been transformed since the very moment of announcing our opening. Not one second has gone according to plan, not one day has passed that hasn’t been filled with awe, terror, challenge, and triumph. Nothing could have prepared me for this incredible journey I have been on for these years. The love and support of this community has been nothing short of astounding and more than any outsider could ever hope for.

As I said at the beginning, I had no idea where I would end up when I started this process those three years ago. I had no idea Bottle and Brie could bring such joy and connection to the town and to myself. I also had no idea my whole world would be flipped upside down and turned inside out along the way.

As my life is taking a different path, I just want to take a second to thank each and every person who has supported this little dream. I truly never could have done this without every single one of you.

Please join us during our regular business hours until the end of the month. We will be offering deep discounts to clear our shelves and prepare for closing.

I look forward to spending these next few weeks sharing laughter and smiles with you all - one glass and one bite at a time.

Hey there, Bottle and Brie Family!
As we wave goodbye to summer and welcome the crisp charm of fall and the joyous holiday season, it's the perfect moment to fill you in on happenings around our quaint corner of Maine Street and give a glimpse of what's in store for the rest of the year.

⏲First up, we're adjusting our shop hours - yes, again! We've been trying on different schedules like hats since spring, and we think this one's a keeper, at least for the rest of the year.

Starting from tomorrow, September 11, and continuing through the year's end, we'll be opening our doors:

Wednesday - Friday from 2pm to 8pm

Saturday from 11am to 5pm

This tweak to our timetable is a response to a languid summer at Bottle and Brie, and a necessary measure to keep us humming along for the remainder of the year.

🍷Regrettably, our cherished Monthly Clubs and Tasting events are taking a little hiatus for the time being. I recognize the joy these gatherings and boxes bring each month, and it's with a heavy heart we hit pause. However, considering the current business climate, it's a step we need to take. Rest assured, we are looking forward to their return as much as you are.

Remember, we're always thrilled to see you - stop by the shop for a chat, we can't wait to see those beaming faces!

We will have reduced hours next week but will still be here for you to come enjoy some coffee, wine, and cheese!
