We receive our fish whole, fresh and prepped in the expert hands of Owner and Sushi Chef, Andy Chen. Andy has received his training in NYC and is familiar with modern, traditional and omakase style sushi. His careful eye and attention to detail is seen on every plate. Whether it’s him or another chef behind the sushi bar, his vision and his style stays consistent. Alongside with top quality and optimum sushi, Chakara also offers globally influenced pan-Asian food. Bringing you an eclectic and creative approach to food that shares flavours from all over Asia which include Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese and Indian. Each dish is distinctive and handcrafted by master chefs using only the freshest and finest ingredients. We take pride in offering homemade recipes, a creative menu and authentic flavourings. The most important element to our restaurant is our passion to create outstanding food and memorable experiences.
