Today started with grease spilling over the entire kitchen floor. It was an impossible mess if you know you know. Penguin walking through the kitchen and finding extra rugs to put down. A server took a dive on the steps and most likely pinched a nerve. He went home to ice.
Lunch came and went and dinner dragged on slower than normal it felt like. Probably because I had to much coffee on my break. I brought everyone a Coffee Loft creation this afternoon. Taco Tuesdays deserve treats.
Speaking of treats... Leslie has been a supporter of our Dfly family from the beginning. She takes a bit of ownership in our business I like to think. She is a ray of sunshine and a blessing to us all. And she brings us things. Treasures from her garden and chickens. I love yard eggs. I love Leslie. She is family.
I will be eating eggs on sour dough for breakfast and thanking God for her.
My sweet friends from a Saturday morning book club came in to see me tonight too! Made my day. 🥹

My bones hurt.
