Not just any white stripped salt you must have mineral salt to be healthy. We are all salt. Beings , salt is not the problem. The sodium is the problem. Switch to pink Himalayan salt or gray sea salt or plain sea salt they all of our moist salts and they clump up. That is the big difference between the stripped white salt. He never gets clumped up in the shaker now you can avoid this by putting a few grains of rice that will keep your salt flowing it absorbs excess moisture from the salt, natural salt, believe it or not taking more natural salt as helped my blood pressure regulate this is a very good article to understand what is happening in our bodies salt has helped
