Our Tasting Room/Cocktail Lounge will be closing at around 5pm Friday 9/4 and all through the Labor Day holiday weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Our Tasting Room will reopen with normal hours on Wednesday September 9th. We are sorry for any inconvenience as our staff needs a little well deserved break🥃 We will be at most Farmers Markets this weekend. Enjoy the holiday weekend and we will see you next week!

Our newest release after a long formula approval. Inspired by our Guinness Old Fashioned, we introduce our Bourbon based DARK & DANGEROUS! An Old Fashioned cocktail in a bottle…but much more than just that🥃 We designed a specific mash bill for the Bourbon in this one. We made a special syrup with a dark stout beer, sugar and spices that we cook in house and we combine with not one, but two of our hand crafted Jersey Bitters.

Available for Tastings, Bottle Sales and Cocktails at Farmers Markets and the Distillery.

NOT ONE TO MISS🥃

And they said we could not make a product that uses finished beer in it! Took a while but we won our case🎉
