Did you know that the origin of the infamous Bánh Mì can be traced back to the French Colonial days in the late 1800s? The French introduced the baguette to Vietnam and the Vietnamese began to fill the bread with our own ingredients as well French ingredients such as pâté, butter 🧈 and cold cuts!
Our Banh Mi is filled with grilled meat (pork in this photo), cilantro, jalapeños, pickled daikon and carrots, and sriracha aioli 🤤
