Did you know that the origin of the infamous Bánh Mì can be traced back to the French Colonial days in the late 1800s? The French introduced the baguette to Vietnam and the Vietnamese began to fill the bread with our own ingredients as well French ingredients such as pâté, butter 🧈 and cold cuts!

Our Banh Mi is filled with grilled meat (pork in this photo), cilantro, jalapeños, pickled daikon and carrots, and sriracha aioli 🤤

Cold weather calls for hot soup 🥶 This is Bun Bo Hue, a flavorful lemongrass based broth with thick rice noodles, beef, homemade chili oil, banana flowers and all the goodness!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We’re so grateful for the support and love since 2015 when we just moved to Northern Virginia from Vietnam. We started Kim’s as a mother daughter duo who just wanted have good Vietnamese food and now it’s became of Fairfax’s favorite. Come visit us and try this delicious Bun Bo Hue ✨

The Vietnamese Style, also called cánh gà chiên nước mắm, is a classic. It’s crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside glazed with a sweet and savory fish sauce base sauce!

The Sriracha style is our twist on the American Buffalo sauce but made with sriracha and packed with Vietnamese favors

The Beef Short Rib Pho is our twist on the traditional beef pho. The broth is slow-cooked for 15 hours with bone barrow and beef while the short rib is simmered for 10 hours to reach perfect tenderness. To make sure the short rib is as fresh and tasty as possible, we only make a few per day so we never reuse for the next day. Come early before we run out each day!
