If the first picture was the calm before the storm, the second picture is what you see if you enjoy one too many Double IPA’s!

We hope everyone is safe and sound out there, and we just wanted to remind everyone that Trivia Night is postponed until next Thursday, and that while the Brewery will continue to be open normal hours, Pop-Up Pizza Co. is closed until further notice.

We’re in talks with lots of great food vendors who are going to help us out and serve up deliciousness at the Brewery over the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

It’s One Small Step for Beer, one giant leap for your beer fridge. Brewed with hops named Comet and Galaxy, it’s no accident that this beer is packed with aromas and flavors that are otherworldly. And, I’m thinking this is our best batch yet. Super aromatic and lots of texture, but with that classic Emancipation drinkability. And at under 7%, you can still fly your spaceship after you enjoy one!

Grab a 4-pack at the brewery this weekend - Trivia is being moved to next week (6/18), and we’re working on finding food vendors to fill the dates that Pop-Up Pizza was scheduled for, so stay tuned.

We’re thankful this morning for a few things, from Pop-Up Pizza’s crew being safe after a scary incident last night, to a much needed rain here on the farm.

We’re here today from Noon until 10pm, but Pop-Up Pizza will not be open, for the foreseeable future. Feel free to bring your own food or explore our upgraded snack menu!

Radler is BACK! It was a big favorite from last year, and with the tapping of Lemon-Grapefruit Soda, we’re now pouring Radlers with a fresh batch of Vermillion River Gold Lager! We developed this Radler recipe with our good friends and world class lager brewers at - we hear they’ll have it back soon as well! Fresh Lemon Juice, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, and cane sugar are the only ingredients!

Pair it with some delicious Pizza from today and Saturday, then some tasty BBQ & Sides by Tools Catering on Sunday!

Hours Announcement! Starting this Sunday, 6/7, Emancipation be open until 7pm every Sunday!

We’ve heard the requests for expanded Sunday hours, and they’re here until at least the end of Summer! These new hours will allow more Patio time, more family time, and a better ability to offer a local Dinner option on Sundays, whether that be Pop-Up Pizza or guest food trucks!

Also, this officially makes every Sunday a fun day! 🍻

We’ll see you 1-7pm every Sunday moving forward!

Yesterday we said that we’ve got something for everyone! And it’s true! Besides all of our delicious Brews, and our extensive NA list, our non-beer options are picked out with just as much care. Our House-Made Prairie Mule is a Moscow Mule-inspired Cocktail Seltzer coming in at 11% abv and served on the rocks with a lime! Then, we’ve got our hard cider favorites like Triple Jam and Peach Party. Now, we’ve added Key Lime Pie Cider and Ranch Water Seltzer! Looking for something a little sweeter? Try one of our Meads from Unpossible Mead! All of these options are Gluten Free as well.

So, bring out your friends, even the non-beer drinking friends, and enjoy some fun times on the Patio!

We’ll be joined by It’s Forkin’ Good Food Truck tonight from 4:30-8pm!

Tomorrow kicks off our Live Music series - no cover, and starting at 6:30pm with Ryan Bohm! Add in Streetside Eatz’ food truck’s first ever visit, plus the Tapshack and Sunset Bar open, and we’re ready to kick off summer strong!

As we roll into Summer this weekend, it’s a great time to give a little preview of everything Emancipation has to offer over the next few months! From our ever changing draft list, monthly Live Music in the Hop Garden (kicking off this Friday!), to Solo Stoves on our patio ready for bonfire hangouts, to competition level Bags sets, we’ve got something for everyone, including the whole family!

Add in monthly trivia, a complete selection of NA options, and a couple new beer alternatives like the return of our Prairie Mule and a new Ranch Water, plus Key Lime Pie hard cider, we’re ready to be your go-to for meeting up with family and friends!

Oh yeah, last but not least, FOOD! Rotating food vendors, starting with THREE different vendors this weekend alone!
