It is with a heavy heart that I write this post. The Pipeline W**e Bar will close on August 21st. If you have any gift cards, please come in and use them between this coming Tuesday and Friday. This has been in incredibly difficult decision for me to make. But personal and health reasons have forced my hand.

It has been my pleasure and honor to meet many, many wonderful people who supported the W**e bar (both near and far). A personal thank you to the businesses, food and beverage vendors, the artists, vendors and musicians, and a certain Chef at the Pump House who kept me in flatbreads when I ran out! To all my employees: thanks for hanging in there with me!

I will miss the beautiful sunrises, and sunsets at my house. I will always remember the breathtaking dance of the Northern Lights. The incredible beauty of the mountains and valleys. Most of all, I will miss the people! Strong, resilient, proud, friendly and always willing to lend a hand.

It is my hope someone will step up and take over the business. It has the capacity to be a Fairbanks treasure!

Hi Folks. Today is the last day to sign up for August 14th W**e Tasting and Food Pairing.

We will be closed this Saturday as we are working the Highland Scottish Games!

Reminder: Next week is our Bottle Sale! We have lots of great Reds, Whites and other specialty w**es most at 20% discount. Yes, we are permitted to run a one-week sale. Bottles will be sealed per Alaska Alcohol standards.

Get ready for our exciting bottle sale happening the week of August 17th! We’ll have a fantastic selection of whites, reds, rosés, and other w**es available. Before anyone rushes to contact the Alaska Alcohol Board, let me assure you that I am permitted to hold this one-week sale. You can enjoy your bottles on-site, or if you prefer, we can open and recork them for you at no extra cost, placing them in an approved plastic sleeve for you to take home.

Hello. My water pump went out and my truck died. The good news is my truck is on the way to the shop and the plumber is here to fix the pump

The bad news? I won’t make it down today to open. I am so sorry!

We will be open tomorrow at 4 pm with a new w**e flight for August featuring 61 Degrees North W**es from Anchorage Alaska and some other surprises.
