Have you been out berry picking in the rain? It's probably my favorite way to simply accept the drizzly fate of this September 🌧️
If not, no worries! Ursa has you covered and can lift your spirits with its monthly special made with Highbush cranberry juice. The Ruby Crowned Kinglet is made with our signature Akavit, highbush cranberry juice, orange zest liquor, lime and a dash of agave to balance out the tartness. You can also try the Ruby Crowned Gimlet, the Gin based alternative made with ginger b**r, honey, orange zest liquor and highbush cranberry juice. Both are delicious!

Inspired by interventions on the human heart such as pacemakers or heart transplants. A bionic play off of lamps as an artificial mimicry of nature.

Sarah Dexter is a fashion designer and multimedia artist based in Fairbanks, Alaska. After spending over a decade working in the medical field as an MRI technologist Sarah changed course to pursue her interest in fashion design. She graduated as the Valedictorian of the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York City, in 2021 with a BFA in Fashion Design. Upon returning to her hometown, Sarah began creating small-batch collections with a strong commitment to ethically made slow fashion. Sarah recently graduated with an MFA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks where she is expanded her artistic mediums. Through explorations in fiber arts and soft sculpture, Sarah examines growth as an unruly process of joy and damage, enacted through deconstructed corporeal forms. Sarah’s work has been recognized by such honors as the “Golden Shears Award” from Omaha Fashion Week and “Designer of the Year” from Alaska Fashion Week.
