Raising one's frequency means raising the quality of the frequency of your thoughts. Matter is just energy at a lower vibration, and energy is a matter at a high vibration.
The 1st order of vibration is physical, it is everything we are able to see and touch. The lowest physical vibrations are rocks and minerals, highest are heat, light, electromagnetism, x-rays, etc.
The 2nd order of vibration is mental, our thoughts, feelings, emotions are located at this energy level; in a word, it is our mental state. The lowest mental vibrations are negative emotions, violent or perverse thoughts, a mind that remains in willful ignorance, refusing to learn or accept the truth. The highest mental vibrations are those of peace, love, willpower, endeavoring to obtain knowledge, caring for others.
The 3rd order of vibration is spiritual, this is the highest energetic order in existence. Here are located the consciousnesses of angels, demigods, Gods, and the One Source from which everything came: THE ALL.
We are concerned with moving our attention to and working with the 2nd order, rather than the 1st. We have noticed that our thoughts and mindset have a powerful effect on what we can achieve. For example, if we do not believe that we can do something, we will never even attempt to do it. But if we have a burning passion to succeed, or we know that something is within our ability, we will most certainly do it.
