We regret to inform you that Blonde Bison will be closing its doors on April 30th. We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to our valued customers for their patronage over the past two years. As we prepare for the next chapter in our lives, our menu will undergo some changes, featuring a selection of charcuterie, beer, wine, and ciders, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, our pizza service will be discontinued. Certain wine varieties will be offered at discounted prices until our closing date.
