We’re starting the weekend early on this fine Thursday.

Smoked Brisket Mulitas——>
Corn tortillas, mozzarella, smoked brisket, guacamole, charred salsa

Mulitas are a popular Mexican street food, essentially an open faced quesadilla with lots of melted mozzarella in both layers. And of course, since we are indeed BAD as it were, we put a thiccc layer of smoked brisket in middle.
