“Burgers & Bottles” tonight features a burger that’s near and dear to our hearts. As a young boy growing up in Omaha, Nebraska, Andy yearned for the flavors of the Old World. Specifically, Pappardelle Bolognese. Alas, he had to settle for Mom’s Spaghetti, small curd cottage cheese, and 2% milk. (Sorry, Sandi Wood).

So tonight, a shot at redemption. We’re bringing the flavors of classic Bolognese to the Smashburger:

We’re just over a week away from “Dinner with Friends!” This installment we are focusing on Pinot Noir! We’ve had the pleasure to taste through each wine over the last week, and what stood out beyond the exceptional quality of each wine was the diversity and versatility each wine brought to the table!

Next Thursday is sure to be a night of eye-opening education and deliciousness. We can’t wait to share this menu along with these beautiful wines with you!

Upgrading the kitchen this past Thursday was the single greatest day of our lives. Ever. We watched Jeff sob uncontrollably as he flipped the first smash patty on the new flat top, and rightly so. Fully functional equipment with even heat distribution and high point temps is what every kid daydreams about, right??
