Exciting Changes Are Coming!

We’re thrilled to share that construction has begun on The Foundry Room, a brand-new restaurant concept coming to the Doubletree by Hilton this winter. Opening January 2026, The Foundry Room will feature a complete remodel, refreshed design, and inspired menu—bringing an entirely new dining experience to downtown Evansville.

During this transition, guests can continue enjoying their favorite Stone City Grill menu items at Quarry Bar.
