🍷 Copper and Cane Wine Dinner — Tuesday, June 16th at 6:00 PM

From California’s finest vineyards to your table — one remarkable evening.

We’re excited to welcome Jeff, District Manager of Copper and Cane Wines & Provisions, who is flying in from California for one special night at Entwined.

The evening features five beautifully crafted courses paired alongside five wines from the Copper and Cane portfolio — each pairing thoughtfully designed by Chef to complement and showcase every bottle. Think Belle Glos Blanc de Blanc Brut, Napa Valley Quilt Fumé Blanc, Chardonnay, Reserve Cabernet, and Pinot Noir — all guided by the man who knows these wines best.

Following dinner, stay for a relaxed nightcap and mingle with Jeff and Chef — taste even more bonus pours, ask questions, and soak up the evening. All wines featured will be available for pre-order at a significant discount that night.

🌿 Weekend Special: The Wildling Salad 🌿

This one’s as local as it gets.

Dandelion, chickweed, fennel fronds, shunkyo radish, blueberries, and goat cheese — every single ingredient sourced right here from our local farms and growers. We tossed it all in a lemon lambrusco poppy seed dressing and called it the weekend’s most exciting plate.

Our hearts go out to the team at Samuel’s this morning.

A fire hit one of our favorite downtown neighbors today, and that hits close to home. The restaurant community in Evansville is small and tight-knit, and when one of us hurts, we all feel it.

This, incredibly unsuspecting drink, is a sort of riff on the well known and loved, Ranch Water. A classic Texan cocktail dating back to the 60’s. So for our take, we are using an assortment of completely clear ingredients and landed on something so so beautiful and full of flavor.
Ocean water!
This cocktail features the following
Yeyo Blanco High proof Tequila
Solerno Blood orange liquor
Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
Soda water, of course
And the last very special ingredient consists of a house made Sea Salt, Citric acid solution. Gives you the feeling of a citrusy salty rim, without the mess.
