Lottys the local bar that the local "hometown friendly" bank closed and put 5 people out of a job and would rather let the bldg set empty. MAJOR REPAIRS NEEDED

building was put up during the boom in the late 70's, when blaine owned it it didn't need maintenance, mack didn't maintain it and craig didn't know what the word meant. pretty rough shape overall. I did what I could but Craig thought I should do all he never did. now the bank owns it and its not something I would buy knowing what I know now versus 4-1/2 yrs ago.
