Java Good Day - Coffee Milk Stout

Brewed with specialty dark malts and milk sugar, then rested on a Madagascar vanilla beans, and this year using a Guatemalan whole bean coffee blend from our friends at OTIS Craft Collective in Lafayette. Smooth coffee & velvety finish. ABV: 6.3%

Early additions of Citra and Centennial, then dry hopped with Sultana and Michigan Hydra for a balance of old school/new school. Resinous dank pine, tropical papaya, pineapple, tangerine, with scary drinkability. Guaranteed to satisfy you hoppy heads, coming in at 7.8% abv.
