Happy Cinco De Mayo but like in August. With the busiest summer in Humboldt Bay Provisions history the staff has finally got around to celebrate our favorite national holiday. Inspired by the late night Michaela breath of a staff member we created this Mamacita of a oyster. This off menu item can be yours if you just ask the shucker at the counter. See you cuties soon.

Bucksport oysters... the finest oysters known to man. A lot of you front and say kumo's or nothing. Well the real oyster eater knows that when bucksports are in season (which they are right now) they crush the trendy oyster in complex flavor notes of cucumber, melon in a salty brine. This staff of 6 seeds, raises, harvest, and shuck these oysters for you. A truly scary to finish one of a kind expierence in Eureka, AKA the oyster capital of California. Then our $100 package which includes 1 bottle of certain w**es, a dozen raw or broiled oysters with 3 sauces, a chevre cheese platter, and 2 keepsakes from the bay!

Hello friends, cuties, supporters, and big money spenders. As we close 2025 together I wanna say thank you to everyone for helping us create the most successful year in our business existence. We actually like working here and working for a real cool dude like Captain Sebastian. You allow us to be ourselves, play cool tunes and serve the best oysters this side of the Mississippi. We will continue to provide an all locally sourced menu in 2026 and plan on creating more, like today's locally caught rockfish in our civiche.

That being said, we have 3 days left as we close on january 5th and re open valentines day 2026.

In that time we clean this old building top to bottom, jump in the water to plant many more oysters and brainstorm new ideas for the menu.

As we love being creative, we enjoy creating new and exciting flavors. Ginger Wasabi mignonette and Aguachili have gone from monthly specials to finding home on our permanent menu. Sometimes though the oysters are perfect and sometimes perfection is literally Tabasco and lemon. You already read this far... so you know what to do. See you cuties soon.

Hello world. This is a message to all that explore. We offer a vast w**e selection. This year we focused on getting it dialed in. What makes it unique is that it's all made here in Humbodt County. So all the grapes are grown, harvested, and fermented in our special corner of the world. Featured here is the always reliable Malbec from . As a added bonus you can enjoy all w**es on Tuesday and Wednesday for $10 a pour.

Hello Beautiful. As we head into winter months our oysters sweeten and firm up. This is prime time. Our bucksport oysters are known for its melon taste and salty finish. If you are a real one you know that means you get to enjoy these lil men plain jane. Come get it.
