At WildCraft Cider Works, we pride ourselves on developing innovative, artisanal hard ciders from the natural bounty provided to us by the Pacific NorthWest. We consider ourselves stewards of the outdoors, always acting consciously to ensure that our ingredients are sustainably harvested and pure in quality, resulting in a carefully crafted cider.

Super limited 1000 label release with a cider wonka golden fish in the mix! Peel off a label, find a golden fish, and use it to redeem a guided steelhead trip for 2 with Mike Kelly’s Guide Service. Each 4 pack comes with a pack of custom WildCraft Summer Rush soft beads from Dylan Rush Outfitters, a supplier of effective tackle for Oregon’s premier fishing guides.

Summer rush is an ode to living in the PNW and what the salmon and steelhead runs in these ocean tributaries mean to us. Living here to experience it should welcome all the internal and external dialogues that need to be taking place about the crises this strong, yet sensitive natural occurrence faces with the goal of how to preserve fishing as a means of education, connection, and knowledge for future generations.

This sessionable PUSH is softened by spring water down to 4.5% to symbolize clean watersheds in representation of what we would hope for these rivers. The addition of raspberries to symbolize the clustered skeins of spawning fish and future generations, and the mint and lime to provide a hint of cooling summer enjoyment. Extremely sessionable.

Not a new label, but an evolving example of what is a premium cider. The more apple varieties the better the blend in a juice and would say that is the same in a hard cider. Wine makers lol- we don’t Pinot.

The concept of Premium comes from a thought of what WildCraft would taste like if it were only one product.. if all finished cider in our cellar was blended together. Premium is that snapshot and will evolve as the season progresses but always a snapshot of “what if” we made one cider.

Tree-fresh Meyer lemons pressed on the house built press, strong yet surprising light cider from the Empire apple and Wildcrafted lemon balm.. 8.1 % but sips enjoyably; presents spring delight in every ounce!

Growing the menu for the spring season. 🌱 Made between the coast and the valley farm kitchen just completed at ✨ Launching tomorrow, May 1st on the coast! The weather is terrible out here ☀️🌊 …and yeah, that’s a bay shrimp roll with our kimchi remoulade. Also a smoked oyster on that un-deviled egg.. more to come.

Spring can drop! 🌱
RESPECT THE LAND

A testament to our core values of both resourcefulness and fierce independence.
.preservation of the hard work of our favorite harvesters and places to wildcraft apples, plus a sprinkle of our finest barrel aged spirit for the recent passing of dear loved ones who had strong hands in these efforts.

The label is a print from the lovely painting inspired by WildCraft and is the last canned effort out of the Lincoln St. location. Special. ✨

May just be the favorite can drop to date.

It may seem like a mic drop at the end of an era, but we can make good cider and food wherever it grows and share it near and far. Visit us as we keep seasoning.

EUGENE! Before we take this winter break to move out, reset, get some family time, and rejuvenation, we are hosting a MOVING AND VINTAGE BOTTLE SALE. This weekend *JANUARY 17TH -19TH* 12PM-6PM.

The sale will feature a wide range of vintage bottles, memorandum, equipment, and furniture. Come get a piece of the memory and the times we have shared! Truth is, we could use the help moving and making sure some of these beautiful elements go to the right homes. Come barter, buy stuff, talk shop, browse bottles, sip some juice or have a cider or 3. Pair it with a reuben or the vegan chili from the WildCraft Yachats menu. Even if you are just coming to pet the cats (they come with us, non-negotiable), we will be here to host you.

What a ride we have had on Lincoln St, it’s been a journey creating beautiful spaces that will last for the Eugene community. The building and operating of this beautiful community sanctuary was nothing short of a gift, a gift that will move forward as we evolve without the weight of this heavy tent.
The end of 2024 was a clear marker for the change and an end of an era. 2025 is the beginning of a new chapter that will evolve this multi-faceted entity into something more versatile.

We are incredibly proud of everyone that has done so much for the WildCraft dream. The loyalty remains and the clock hasn’t stopped.

Warm wishes from the WildCraft crew. ✨
We have a new trio of special cider offerings to share with you, each holding a unique profile, story, and method of how it’s brought from the trees to the bottle.

Barrel Aged Solera / large scale forage and press of wild apples, fermented, barreled, and blended once aging is completed… continuously topping a single tank. This fruit was gathered over the span of the 2014-2020 harvest seasons. Cider with a richer body, subtle oak vanillins lending to a sweeter aromatic, finishes pleasantly dry. Recommended with grits, polenta dishes, or poultry.

Four Orchards / each season we forage apples from (some years) over 100 private properties and scattered wild and abandoned apple trees across public lands in which are committed to no spray. These 4 orchards held the prize fruit of the 2023 season.
Soft mouthfeel, aromatics of freshly cut ripe apple, mildly sweet finish. Great with roast veggies, leaner meals, or even with breakfast. : )

Rare Russian Crab / cider made from an unusual planting of ancient apple genetics by way of Russian settlers in Oregon sometime in the mid-1700s. Very grippy yet apple forward dry cider with more body than usual for tannin rich fruit. Great accompaniment for foods with heavier fat content, like pungent cheeses, pork, or sweet potato dishes.

We are open in Yachats Friday-Sunday, 12-8pm AND in Eugene, Friday 3-8pm, and Saturday-Sunday 1pm -7pm, offering food and cider service. Come see us for your favorite ciders, food, and unique organic pantry goods.

Three new “put-on-everything” pantry drops:
FERMENTED HOT SAUCE - Third season of a collab with . Made with a seasonally gleaned field blend of an incredible variety of peppers, salt, and time.

FERMENTED CABBAGE SLAW - All veggies also from . Purple cabbage, carrots, red onions, salt, and time.

FERMENTED HARD CIDER MUSTARD - Blend of brown and yellow mustard seed fermented with hard cider, house barrel fermented cider vinegar, and mashed green apples. Spicy, sweet and apple-y.

Hello friends! We just wanted to drop you a little update with the going-ons here at WildCraft.

Firstly, the WildCraft Cider & Pantry is NOW OPEN in Yachats! Follow for the latest news and updates on hours, menu, and more. We’re so thrilled to be part of this coastal community and can’t wait to see you out there.

Next, as most of you know, we’re planning to vacate the Ciderhouse on Lincoln St., but we are STILL open! Starting November 8th, our hours will be Friday, 3-8pm and Saturday-Sunday, 1-7pm. Our apple drive is still active during open hours. 🍎

We’re planning to host a fun series of Ciderhouse reserve tastings and small events for the holiday season. We’ll also be previewing some of the Yachats menu items for you right here in Eugene!

We’ll run these hours until Christmas, and then take a winter break to relocate. Stay tuned for announcements regarding the move of our production space and evolving presence here in Eugene - we are super excited to share with you all how this progresses!
