We're looking forward to Zoë Aqua and her Transylvanian String Band tomorrow (Tuesday, February 24) at 7:30 PM in Aasen-Hull Hall! Before that, UO School of Music and Dance percussion students get a chance to learn more about the cimbalom. We had a wonderful Q & A with Brandon Shane Vance this afternoon where students got a chance to learn about the differences between Irish and Scottish music as well as the multiple ways fiddle and classical violin training can overlap.
