Still thinking about Friday night’s Sasquatch Brewers Dinner. 🍻What a night!

Good food, great beer, and a room full of people who genuinely love this industry.

Chef Katie put together an incredible menu, and every pairing brought something different to the table. It was also pretty special to spend the evening with our brewer friends, including several who have been supported by the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation and are now helping make our local beer scene what it is today.

Thanks to everyone who joined us, asked questions, shared a table, and helped support the foundation. Events like this are a good reminder of how lucky we are to have such a strong brewing community right here in Oregon!

June Supper Club specials have arrived. ☀️🍽️

We’re kicking things off tonight with SEARED SEA SCALLOPS — sweet potato purée, lacinato kale, pork belly lardons, and a maple mustard glaze. $25

Then throughout the month, look for Crab Ravioli, Ahi Crunch Salad, and a Beef & Broccoli Peanut Bowl.

The Sasquatch Brewers Dinner is coming up this Friday, June 5 from 5-8 PM at Sunriver Oakway Pub! Chef Katie has prepared a delicious five course tasting menu to pair with local beers from ColdFire Brewing Company, Alesong Brewing and Blending, Claim 52 Brewing, ForeLand Beer, and of course, Sunriver Brewing Co.!

The menu for this year’s Sasquatch Brewers Dinner is officially here 🍻

Five courses. Five incredible brewery pairings. Plus a bonus digestif! A room full of beer people. And all for a great cause supporting the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation.

From scallops with Alesong’s French 75 Saison to ancho chili braised short rib paired with ColdFire’s The Henry IPA, and other beautiful pairings with Claim 52 and ForeLand, Chef Katie and the team put together a seriously fun lineup for this year’s dinner.

We’re excited to bring back the Sasquatch Brewers’ Dinner to Oakway Pub during Eugene Beer Week🍻

Join us Friday, June 5 from 5–8 PM for a relaxed evening of great food, thoughtful beer pairings, and conversation with the brewers themselves — all while supporting the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation.

The dinner features 5 tapas courses paired with delicious beers from 5 different breweries, including ColdFire Brewing Company, Alesong Brewing and Blending, Claim 52 Brewing, ForeLand Beer, and of course, Sunriver Brewing Co. We’re kicking off the month with Chicken Enchiladas — corn tortillas, sour cream-parmesan sauce, cheddar-jack cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and house tortilla chips for $21.
