Hello all Billy Macs fans, it's been awhile since you've heard from us but we have some exciting news! All of those recipes you have been missing could be at your fingertips! My sister, Molly, has finished the cookbook with all of our family recipes and it will be available for purchase August 15th. We will be doing a signing in Eugene sometime this fall, so keep a lookout on this page for updates about that!

Living Legacy is finished and printing! 💃 I am working on getting my commerce website up and running so I can take orders.
Mid-August is my current goal because I'll be in Australia for the first part of the month. (Some of you know my daughter, Hailey, is performing with a national honors choir at the Sydney Opera House! We are so excited!)

In more frustrating news, AuntieChatter.com, the website that houses my blog, has been down for over a week, and I don't know when I will have it back up. It's a hosting issue, and I'm waiting on communication with someone else to get it resolved. As with so many things beyond my control, I'm trying to be patient and concentrate on what I can do instead of freaking out and screaming into the abyss. 😏

Thanks for your patience as I continue to navigate the world of self-publishing and enter the self-promotion phase (not my strong suit!). I will have in-person book signings with Chef Billy in Eugene and Bend this fall, so stay tuned for dates and places!

Coming in 2022! A McCallum family cookbook featuring recipes from Chef Billy.
It will include Billy Mac’s favorites as well as recipes and memories from The Treehouse restaurant (1977 -1997).

To all of our valued customers, family, and friends:

If you haven't heard by now, the rumors are true, Billy is retiring! Our last day of business will be December 23rd. We just wanted to thank all of you from bottom of our hearts for all of the love and support over the last 13 years, we have loved serving the Eugene community and will miss you all very much! If you have a favorite memory at Billy Macs, or just of Billy and the gang, please share them in the comments!

Smoked pork shoulder served topped with Memphis style bbq sauce and cheddar cheese served with Mac-n-cheese loaded with ham, bacon and green onion. So yummy!
