Paragon's offers 12 taps features, 16 choice wines by the glass, and 50 hand crafted Martinis our mainstays plus a selection of seasonal and experimental cocktails developed on site exclusively for Paragon by our amazing team. Phil matches our passion of the farm to table philosophy, creating dishes from scratch with the best possible local ingredients. All this while providing the best possible customer service to our guests, we are able to accept reservations or call-aheads.
