Friends of Paystreak Brewing,
Otherwise known as Streakers!
As a new year approaches rapidly, I look forward to 2023 and reflect on the past five years. I was told I was crazy and would never make it, back in 2016 when I took on this dream. One of the hardest and most rewarding experiences I have ever accomplished. Out of my tenacious spirit Paystreak was born March 15, 2016! That same month we got the go from my attorney that Billy Brew could be my Brewmaster, we were on our way! The stress and hard times of 2020 made a huge change for myself and Paystreak, Bill and I divorced. By September 2021 Bill stepped out of the Brewhouse. Now wearing all the hats at Paystreak has started to weigh on me. I decided to close on Sunday and Monday’s to work in Brewhouse yet still working seven days a week. Burn out is a real thing and life continues to go on. As our local friends know, I and a few dear friends have been keeping our favorite meeting place going. (Still needing more time to brew) I struggle daily to get everything done for the restaurant. I have decided that I will be taking a month off in the Resturant to regain my footing in the Brewhouse. Paystreak will still open on Thursdays for our famous Pizza. This Saturday November 5th will be our last Saturday night for awhile. I will reopen on December 6th with Open Mic and my beers on tap. We will be hosting a Metal Show to rock in the new year with our taps pouring Paystreak Brews! Be blessed and keep showing up!
