Today marks 10 years!

On July 4, 2016, we opened the doors to Elkins Distilling Co.

To everyone who has been part of our journey, thank you. Your support has carried our spirits all over the world. Even now, we run into people wearing our T-shirts in faraway airports, spot our ballcaps at concerts, and have even caught our bottles making appearances on a few TV shows. We are deeply grateful for every person who has walked through our doors or shared our story.

Today, though, we especially want to recognize the people we’ve had the privilege to work alongside.

When we started, we were exhausted, eager, and terrified. Along the way, some of the very best people in Estes Park joined us. You stood beside us through challenges that changed us forever. In our darkest moments, you carried more than your share, and we’ll never forget it.

When you start a business, you hope it will change your fortunes. What we never imagined was that the greatest blessing would be the lives we’d share and the people we’d become because of them. Though many of your paths have taken you elsewhere, you are still on our minds and in our hearts. We hope you’re living your dreams and finding happiness. You’ll always be welcome here, and we’ll always be grateful that you chose to be part our team.

To our current crew: you are everything we could have hoped for. Your reliability, kindness, and steady commitment have helped carry us into our second decade. You make Estes Park a better place, and you help create lasting memories for thousands of visitors every year. Whatever the next 10 years bring, we are better because you’re with us.

We are proud to call Estes Park home.
