Just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who made this past week absolutely amazing. Yesterday was a record day for us—and the date made it especially meaningful to me.

One year ago, on October 10, 2025, I had owned the Ludington Grill for just four days and opened the doors for the first time as a restaurant owner. To see those same doors welcome so many of you exactly one year later, as Eleven 10 Bistro, was something pretty special.

Thank you for your patience and kindness when ticket times stretched longer than we would have liked for some of you yesterday. We saw what this team is capable of, and served a record number of guests. We appreciate every person who walks through our doors more than you know. ❤️

And to my team: saying I’m proud is an understatement. The heart, determination, and care you bring every day are what make this dream something we can all be proud of. You keep showing up for each other and for something we believe in together. With all my heart, this wouldn’t be possible without you, and I can’t imagine a better team to head into our next year with.

With that… it’s Sunday! 😊 Come settle in with $5 Bloody Marys and Mimosas all day.

Live music, fall flavors, and a great evening ahead at Eleven 10 Bistro! 🤗🎶

Pat Feldhusen is in the house TONIGHT, Wednesday, October 7, from 6–8:30 pm! In addition, Michael Hall is joining Pat tonight—what a great duo to set the tone for a night of dinner, drinks, and good company.

🎃 Our Cocktail of the Week is the Pumpkin Patch Margarita! Spiced pumpkin, fresh lime, tequila, and triple sec, finished with thyme—a little fall in your glass. Available with alcohol, or without, so everyone can enjoy!

🥧 This week’s feature: Chicken Pot Pie — $14
Roasted chicken, red potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, onion, and celery in a creamy herb sauce, topped with puff pastry and served with Tuscan-dressed greens. Available for lunch and dinner, while supplies last!

💜 October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Throughout the month, $1 from every Cocktail of the Week supports Tri-County Safe Harbor and the vital work they do in our community. If you’d like to give a little more, QR codes are available at the bistro all month. No pressure—just an opportunity to help.

🍂 A new dinner salad feature this week + a meaningful way to support our community this October. 💜

Starting at 4:30pm this week, we’re featuring:

CRISPY ROASTED PURPLE CABBAGE WITH WHIPPED SWEET POTATO & FETA
Crispy roasted purple cabbage served with whipped sweet potato & feta, roasted garlic, tahini, honey, sumac, cumin, feta, sunflower seeds, and an edible nasturtium flower for a little peppery finish (while we have them 🤗)

Much of the cabbage was able to be procured from our very own farmers market:
Dennis from DLM produce
Rod from Back 40 Garlic

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and we are proud to partner with Tri-County Safe Harbor, an organization that plays a vital role in our community by providing essential services and support for survivors of domestic violence.

Throughout October, you’ll find one of these cards quietly placed at your table with information about Safe Harbor and a QR code for anyone who would like to make a donation. No pressure—just an opportunity to help. Every contribution, no matter the amount, makes a difference.

We’re also turning our Cocktail of the Week into another way to give back. Throughout October, $1 from every Cocktail of the Week sold will be donated to Tri-County Safe Harbor. 💜
