There is a lot of speculation about the guidelines for pubs reopening which understandably is quite off putting for our customers.
Please be aware that your pub experience will not be much different to what it’s always being, it will be table service where possible to avoid queues at the bar and overcrowding.
If anybody has any questions please do not hesitate to ask and I will answer any questions of doubt you may have

we have 11 tables in the back garden and five out front.
They can seat 4-6 comfortably.
You CAN book these tables in advance for peace of mind, all tables are a minimum of 1 meter apart and some up to 2 meters.

We will be serving Sunday lunches strictly by bookings ONLY. To ensure your safety and the Staff. Starting from £7.95 for 1 course.

Lunches to be served from 12-4
Please book via our page as there is no one in the pub to take calls at this time.
All bookings will be confirmed via our page.

We have put all safe measures and social distances in place as per guidelines.

Hi All..
we are really happy to be able to tell you all that as of Saturday the 4th we can welcome you all back.

This has made us and hopefully all of you realise how important The Star is as the main hub of the village.

We will be doing our upmost with your help and understanding to stay Covid 19 secure, with new measures in place.

We will be serving food with a limited menu and a booking system.

Open Saturday 4th from 2pm
Both Anthony and I are really looking forward to seeing everyone it’s been a long 14 weeks!
