The next rendition in our Jonesin’ sour series, where we bring you iconic combinations of fruits and fun ingredients. This run is built around those Jamba Juice vibes that everyone’s been Jonesin’ for.

Built on our full bodied Sour base and loaded to the brim with Banana, Strawberry, and Peach purées, then finally blended together with creamy Marshmallow. Pours a cloudy peachy keen color with a silky mouthfeel that is lactose free! Creamy Banana and Marshmallow notes are balanced by bright and jammy Strawberry and Peach for a fruit smoothie like drinking experience. Reminiscent of classic runts candies that will have you Jonesin’ for more!

☕️ NEW B**R RELEASE 🎃

October is upon us and we have the perfect b**r to get you into the spirit of spooky season.

Ulster: Pumpkin Spiced Latte, 7% ABV, Coffee Pumpkin Stout. The same Ulster Stout base b**r that you know and love, as always packed with nothing but the best locally roasted coffee from our friends Happy Mug Coffee Roasters. We then put a Fall seasonal twist on it with the addition of Pumpkin Spices in the form fresh Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks, Whole Nutmeg, Ginger, and Marshmallow.

Pouring opaque with an inviting dense mocha head, and rich silky smooth body. Fresh bold coffee still leads the way, with warming spice woven throughout, and a Latte like creaminess from the addition of Marshmallow and Milk Sugar. Ulster PSL is your new pumpkin season sweet treat fix!

DDH Zephyr Express, 7% ABV, DDH New Style England IPA. This year’s batch is brought to new heights with a Double Dry Hop that features a choice lot Freestyle Hops Nectaron, Citra Cryo, and Citra. A pillowy grain bill showcases a dense and light haze that features pungent tropical notes of pineapple, tangerine, and passionfruit. Zephyr is full bodied, yet spritzy and light on its feet. No ski attire necessary, this is a lift b**r that would have you thinking of warm sandy beaches, and surly a Zephyr you’ll want to take a ride on!

💀 NEW B**R RELEASE 💀

Some things in life are probably almost certain to happen…

Certain Probability, 6.4% ABV, DDH New England Style IPA. Further dialing in our light and pillowy grain bill to lay the canvas for a hop we’ve been most excited to get to work with, Eggers Hops pESH. A very unique cultivar from the New Zealand based hop grower whose story is still being written. We wanted to really see what it could do so we gave it a double dose, and added a touch of Freestyle Hops Nectaron as the perfect accompaniment.

pESH brings expressive and bright tropical notes lead by pineapple, feijoa, juicy Asian pears, and rounded out by sweet citrus and a soft floral. All this packed into some of the brightest, softest, juiciest haze we’ve put out, and at an approachable ABV that’ll make you want to have a few. If early indications suggest anything, we certainly can’t wait for more of the story on pESH to be written.

Mango Balaclava, 7% ABV, Fruited New England Style IPA. We took the same Balaclava base you know and love, dry hopped with everyone’s favorite duo of Citra & Mosaic, and then conditioned it on fresh Mango purée. Big notes of sweet juicy Mango take over your senses like a strong tropical breeze with just enough hop character on the backdrop to keep it in check. No Balaclava required to enjoy this one!

The next rendition in our Jonesin’ sour series, where we bring you iconic combinations of fruits and fun ingredients. This run is built around all things Berry for that Mixed Berry fruit salad with whipped cream that everyone’s been Jonesin’ for.

Built on our full bodied Sour base and loaded to the brim with Blackberry, Black Raspberry, Blueberry, and Strawberry purées, then finally whipped together with decadent Vanilla Beans. Pours a super deep purple with a silky mouthfeel that is lactose free! Punchy Berry notes are balanced by a sweet creaminess for a Mix Berry fruit parfait like drinking experience. Reminiscent of Berry flavored Kool-Aid and sucking candies that will have you Jonesin’ for more!

♾️ NEW B**R RELEASE ♾️

Bringing you the third Iteration in our pursuit of New England Style Pale Ale, Perpetual Iteration #3!

This Iteration features yet another different yeast strain, and built on a slightly tweaked but still heavily adjuncted grain bill. This batch was Dry Hopped with Citra Cryo, Eggers Hops Nelson, NZ Cascade, and Elani for those familiar balanced NZ/PNW vibes.

This one clocks in at an even 5% ABV and presents with an especially dense haze for its stature. Pouring with an opaque bright haze that highlights all the NZ juicy notes of bright tangy grapefruit, candied lime, and white grape undertones, with some fresh resin on the finish. We like it (a lot), but you can count on more Iterations to come!
