This weekend, Manny took home second place at Longmont Restaurant Week’s Bar Boss Competition with his original cocktail creation! Longmont Restaurant Week

Manny puts an incredible amount of thought, creativity, and care into our bar program, and we couldn’t be prouder to see his talent recognized. Congratulations, Manny!

Our fall menu has officially launched, and we are ready for a great weekend. 🍂

First up, a dish we think you are going to fall for:
ANCHO ORANGE BRAISED PORK white corn grits | grilled radicchio | pickled red onions | fresh oregano

Slow-braised until fork-tender, with a gentle ancho warmth, a bright pop of citrus and creamy grits underneath.

Our bar lead, Manny Sanchez, is taking his act on the road this Sunday. He’s one of nine bar bosses battling it out at Longmont Restaurant Week’s Bar Boss Competition at Parkway Food Hall, and he’s bringing a setlist inspired by Queens of the Stone Age.
Think desert rock in a glass: heavy, a little dangerous, and smoother than it has any right to be. Here’s the lineup:

Manny is the only bar boss representing an Erie restaurant, so it would mean the world to us if our community came out to support him this weekend. 💛

No tickets, no cover. General admission is free. Come for the cocktails, stay for the encore, and make some noise for Manny. 🤘🥕
