ALMOST EVERY DAY before even entering the building we have to walk the parking lot picking up trash. I don't get it........

ALMOST EVERY DAY before even entering the building we have to walk the parking lot picking up trash. I don't get it..... do you all throw your garbage in your yard? Did your parents raise you to dump your empty food containers, ashtrays, blunt wrappers or whatever else is in your car all over someone else's property. There are trash cans right there on the outside of the building so there is no excuse for this. Please have some respect and dispose of your garbage appropriately. We would certainly appreciate it.

We understand things happen but we would appreciate you coming in and paying your tab that is now well over 30 days.

We have some open tabs that need to be taken care of. When you eat & drink you take care of the bill when you are finished. That's how things work!

We understand things happen or you may have simply forgot so we are being patient, however when you are deliberately avoiding messages or stop communicating it appears to be intentional. 24 hours and we will be forced to take the necessary steps to collect the money.
