🍌 NEW B**R RELEASE 🍓

The next rendition in our Jonesin’ sour series, where we bring you iconic combinations of fruits and fun ingredients. This run is built around those Jamba Juice vibes that everyone’s been Jonesin’ for.

Built on our full bodied Sour base and loaded to the brim with Banana, Strawberry, and Peach purées, then finally blended together with creamy Marshmallow. Pours a cloudy peachy keen color with a silky mouthfeel that is lactose free! Creamy Banana and Marshmallow notes are balanced by bright and jammy Strawberry and Peach for a fruit smoothie like drinking experience. Reminiscent of classic runts candies that will have you Jonesin’ for more!

🍻 NEW B**R RELEASE 🍻

Although the official Oktoberfest celebration in Munich came to an end this past weekend, we are paying homage and keeping the spirit alive with our first ever Festbier release!

Festbier is the primary style of b**r served at Munich’s Oktoberfest today. It’s a pale golden l***r with gentle malt sweetness and low bitterness, making it smooth and balanced for longer drinking sessions. Much lighter in color, body, and overall sweetness than its seasonal Märzen Style counterpart.

We brewed our take on this iconic style as close to tradition as we possibly could. Targeted a very specific starting gravity and mashing regimen, used 100% specialty German Barke malts, subtly hopped with noble varieties, fermented slowly with an authentic Munich yeast, carbonated softly, unfiltered and unfined, and l***red for an extended period of almost 10 weeks.

Coming in with a traditionally slightly elevated ABV of 5.9%. It’s bright with soft bread and biscuit notes met with a clean, smooth, dry finish, and carrying that intangible Munich character throughout. If you couldn’t make it out to Munich here’s your chance to get a little taste, Prost! 🍻

🚠 NEW B**R RELEASE 🚠

DDH Zephyr Express, 7% ABV, DDH New Style England IPA. This year’s batch is brought to new heights with a Double Dry Hop that features a choice lot Freestyle Hops Nectaron, Citra Cryo, and Citra. A pillowy grain bill showcases a dense and light haze that features pungent tropical notes of pineapple, tangerine, and passionfruit. Zephyr is full bodied, yet spritzy and light on its feet. No ski attire necessary, this is a lift b**r that would have you thinking of warm sandy beaches, and surly a Zephyr you’ll want to take a ride on!

☕️ NEW B**R RELEASE 🎃

October is upon us and we have the perfect b**r to get you into the spirit of spooky season.

Ulster: Pumpkin Spiced Latte, 7% ABV, Coffee Pumpkin Stout. The same Ulster Stout base b**r that you know and love, as always packed with nothing but the best locally roasted coffee from our friends Happy Mug Coffee Roasters. We then put a Fall seasonal twist on it with the addition of Pumpkin Spices in the form fresh Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks, Whole Nutmeg, Ginger, and Marshmallow.

Pouring opaque with an inviting dense mocha head, and rich silky smooth body. Fresh bold coffee still leads the way, with warming spice woven throughout, and a Latte like creaminess from the addition of Marshmallow and Milk Sugar. Ulster PSL is your new pumpkin season sweet treat fix!

☁️ NEW B**R RELEASE 💫

The latest installment in our endless pursuit of Nebulous! And for its 10th mission, you know we had to go big!

Nebulous Quest 10.0 comes in at an 8.5% and is shaped around our lot selected Nelson Sauvin from Eggers Hops. This year we got the chance to rub all the Nelson lots that Eggers had to offer, between early, mid, and late harvest, and this is the lot that stood out to us the most. We couldn’t wait to get it in and take it for a ride to really see what it could do!

We built up a heavily adjuncted oat forward grain bill for that cloud like body and mouthfeel, then let the Nelson lead the voyage. It got a double dose of Nelson and just a touch of Citra for some balance, so we could really see the Nelson shine.

NQ 10.0 pours with a very dense and bright haze, and brings a creamy texture. The character of this late harvested Nelson jumps from the glass. Lead by passionfruit and citrus with a subtle grape sweetness, and that rounded tropical NZ fruit salad, without any of the harsh edges that Nelson can sometimes bring. It’s everything we want in Nelson Sauvin, and is certainly another successful mission in showcasing these ‘bloody amazing’ hops!
