I can still picture my mom singing “Hard Candy Christmas.” ❤️

So today, in honor of Dolly and in memory of my mom, we’re serving the Jolene Hot Chicken Sandwich—crispy buffalo chicken topped with pickles, spicy mayo and my mom’s homemade coleslaw, all on a toasted bun.

Mom taught me how to make that coleslaw so many years ago, and I’m proud to continue serving her recipe here at McDingerz - Stacy

Dolly was one of those special people who could always make your heart smile whenever you saw her. Today’s special is made with a whole lot of love and some very special memories. 💕

Jim and I were out of town last night, but our phones were blowing up with messages, videos, and snaps of everyone having a great time on the McDingerz Patio while Blacklist rocked our stage!

We heard you… there will be more rock, and Blacklist will definitely be back! 🤘

From the looks of that crowd, I don’t know if Jim and I could’ve even found a chair if we had been there! 😉 Thank you all for showing up and making it such an incredible night!
