Today's "Friday by the Ounce" is a sparkling rosé from England! Yes, that England, and yes, the grapes are actually grown in England. Their climate has historically been a little iffy for growing great grapes for w**e, but as things have been warming up, the southern coast (West Sussex, in this case) has been making more and more delicious sparkling w**e.
