We’re beyond excited to now be working with ! From down in Hollywood, Florida, Triar is one of the industry’s leaders in sustainable seafood. They source responsibility from the waters around Florida, as well as around Canada, Alaska, and Europe. They are active members of the Southeastern Fisheries Association, whose goal is to protect commercial fishing while also maintaining healthy and sustainable stocks of fish.

Our fish offerings will be changing regularly based on what is fresh and catches our chef’s eye. This weekend’s fresh fish set is Scottish salmon with sea island red peas and Carolina Gold middlins from , okra, and baby dill. Be sure not to miss it!
