More Blood, Sweat, Tears and CHAMPAGNE than I ever knew was possible from one person even with the AMAZING team I’ve had stand with me. Gosh… Where do I start? 🤷🏼♀️
Thank YOU to all my Bubbly 🥂 Customers, my various staff and to all of Enid who graced the doors, and flower wall of my Dream - PJ Champagne Bar. 🌹 From this adventure I’ve learned, “I can do hard things!” 💪🏻 💪🏻

In case you haven’t noticed, I’m no Spring Chicken 🐓 😉 but I also have a lot of things that need tended to personally. My husbands health deteriorated due to his condition over the years which had me absent many times from the restaurant. I was committed to making him comfortable and safe, and he recently passed, comfortable and safe. 💔
My health has suffered as well thru this and am thankful for the life saving treatment I received locally.
As much fun as I’ve had, I know there’s even more for someone NEW & FRESH. ✨
