What’s everyone brewing during this pandemic? The whole situation inspired me to see if I could make a brew only using what most people would have in their pantries. My Korean farmers beer was made with little more than common bakers bread yeast and rice. It turned out great, a little sweat, very smooth, very high alcohol content, and quite drinkable in less than 2 weeks. Kind of a rice based mead.

Club Wort has invited all our Facebook members to a Craft Beer Pub Crawl this September 28. Only $35 and they do a great job. Everyone is a home brewer so lot of home brew passed around the bus as well, luxury bus (with bathroom). A lot of fun. Let Rich Papa Menzia know ASAP if you want in.
